Have you ever had experience as a staff:

Yes i have been Admin / Mod on quite few server but i had to leave them since they went down  because of the comunnity had been ruined or the owners decided to shut the server down 

How could you resolve a problem:

I will help them out in any situation and i will talk to the player to help them out if they are feeling downed and if they need help to achieve their goal and targets i will help them so they know what they are doing
